Museum Starnberger See, Starnberg — with Christoph Nicolaus

Kammerspiel — Gegenwartskunst im Heimatmuseum. Rasha Ragab and Christoph Nicolaus take on the museum's small, old chamber, which stays a mystery much like Gustav Meyrink, author of The Golem, who lived and worked in Starnberg from 1911 until his death in 1932.

Meyrink moved between skeptical observation of his time, supernatural phenomena and the metaphysical meaning of existence; he belonged to numerous secret lodges and wrote satires, ghost stories and tales of yoga and alchemy. He kept one maxim in mind: Summa scientia: nihil scire — the sum of all knowledge is to know nothing.

«Summa scientia: nihil scire» —
